Cheesecake is a cake made with cheese as the main dairy ingredient.

Ingredients


Pie crust: 1 cup low-gluten flour


Caster sugar 3 tbsp


Cream 60g (room temperature)


Egg yolk 1pc


Inside: Cheese 100g


Whipping cream 100 ml


Egg 1pc


Egg white 1pc


Caster sugar 3 tbsp


Flour 2 tbsp


Lemon juice 1 tbsp


How to make pan cheese.


1. Prepare the pie crust: put the cream at room temperature until soft, sift the flour and put all the pie crust ingredients into the pan.


2. Knead all the ingredients carefully with your hands and mix well until it becomes a dough.


3. Lay the dough flat on the bottom of the pan and shape it into a pie crust, with each part being of even thickness.


4. Use a fork to poke holes in the pie crust to allow air to circulate.


5. For the filling: Pour the cheese and whipping cream into a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring well.


6. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.


7. Pour the filling into the pie crust you just laid out.


8. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 35-45 minutes.


9. Turn off the heat and take out the cheesecake when it cools.


10. Add chocolate sauce, lemon, fennel, and other garnishes on top of the pie according to your preference.
